You can return any unused, unwashed item within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Condition of items
Items must have original tags attached and be in the same condition you received them, unworn and unwashed.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@leftto.store with your order number and reason for return.
Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within the same 10 day window, subject to availability.
